EXTRUSION

MATERIALS

Special Processes
• Vulcanisation over a formed mould (i.e.. pipes).
• Fabrication of complete frames,
• Profiles formed over metal clips for mechanical attachment;
• Inflatable profiles with valves both in lengths and circles..

HOSES
for all kinds of applications and can supply you with a full range adapted to your particular need. These hoses are available in long coiled lengths or cut to your request and can be equipped with couplings, clamps, etc.

Compression hoses manufactured with :

• An inner coat determined by the material to be conducted (food goods, chemicals, abrasives, etc.),

• One or more layers of cloth, glass or wire netting for reinforcement and resistance against pressure,

• An outer coating determined by the environment in which the hose is to be used (high temperatures, oil and grease, acids, etc.).

Suction Hoses with an added plastic or metal spiral in its interior to resist collapse..

Special Methods for high-tech hoses with :

• Retractable braided netting; currently used in modern robotics and automated assembly lines. These hoses stretch with increased pressure and therefore grip the connections tighter which reduces the replacement time by eliminating connection bands and or gluing.

• Translucent polyurethane braiding; for heavy duty application such as frequent bending, abrasion,friction's and other hostile environments. These hoses will not crease, tear, cut or erode by rapid and repetitive use. Most are used on robot heads where quick repetitive movement causes hoses to tear, or in limited space areas where they constantly rub rough surfaces.

Silicone braiding for a high resistance to extreme temperature (up to 280°C).Whether your need is for plastic, rubber, polyurethane or PVC hosing, AMCO can provide the solution with hoses in all diameters and colours.
